Education is a cornerstone of our state’s success. Kay believes without an educated population, our future as a state will suffer. We must provide quality education to our children to ensure an educated work force for the future. Kay believes a strong education system will also attract quality jobs and companies to our state.
Kay was educated in the Oklahoma public school system and graduated from OSU with a Bachelors degree in psychology and double minor degrees in political science and philosophy. She then earned her Juris Doctorate at OU law school. Kay’s grandmother, mother, and younger sister have been teachers and Kay understands and appreciates the importance of making education accessible to all Oklahomans.
As your State Representative, Kay will fight every day to ensure our schools are being properly funded and that our teacher’s are getting paid fairly. Kay will make sure the education of Oklahoma’s children is always a top priority.
